COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Combine in large bowl and beat with mixer until smooth and elastic. Chill for several hours. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each into a circle 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 12 pie-shaped pieces and roll from wide end to points. Place on ungreased pan about 1 inch apart. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and frost with butter frosting.

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
