COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 c. flour
2 sticks soft butter (butter only)
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
Dash of salt

Mix butter and cheese. Add flour and mix like pie dough. Put in refrigerator in covered bowl overnight. Divide dough in 3 parts. Roll in circle like pie crust and cut into 12 wedges. Roll outside to inside. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
Half & half cream, enough to mix
Vanilla
