COTTAGE CHEESE SWEET ROLLS 
2 sticks butter
1 lb. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 c. flour

Mix thoroughly, then wrap and store in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning, divide dough into 3 pieces. Roll each piece in a circle the size of a pizza pan. Spread with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Nuts or raisins may be sprinkled on top. Cut like pizza into 12 pieces and roll up, beginning with large end.

Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. While hot, brush with glaze. Makes 36 rolls.

GLAZE:

Powdered sugar and milk, mixed to a thin consistency.
