BETTY LEGG'S MUSTARD 
8 oz. apple jelly
8 oz. pineapple jam
2 oz. dry mustard
5 or 6 oz. horseradish
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix all together and put in jar. You may use any kind of preserves in place of pineapple. Keep in refrigerator.
