ORIENTAL CRAB SALAD 
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

1 lb. imitation crab
1/2 c. toasted coconut
3 tbsp. unsalted roasted peanuts
3 ripe green plums (or use green grapes or canned purple plums)

Cut imitation crab in small pieces. Add plums or grapes and mix. Just before serving, add coconut and peanuts. Pour dressing over all and mix.
