1 pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Crush the whole package of Oreo cookies. Press half of the cookies into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix milk, vanilla, confectioners' sugar and cream cheese in a separate bowl until creamy. Add the vanilla pudding and mix again. Pour this mixture over the cookies in the pan. Add a second layer of cookies. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with a light sprinkling of crushed cookies, if desired.

Refrigerate until serving. Better if prepared several hours in advance of serving.
