CRUNCHY MARSHMALLOW COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, nuts, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Spread on a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until it tests done. Sprinkle marshmallows, evenly over top and return to oven for 3 or 4 minutes. Cool.

In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir over low heat until chips are melted. Stir in Rice Krispies and spread over the marshmallows. Chill and cut into bars.
