JAMBALAYA 
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 c. cubed chicken
2 med. tomatoes, cubed
2 1/4 c. Minute Rice

Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in butter in large skillet until vegetables are tender, but not browned, about 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt.

Stir in water and 57 Sauce. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Add ham, chicken and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
