1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter

Melt above ingredients together, when cool add 1 small package miniature marshmallows and 1 package or can spanish peanuts (12 ounce), spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not bake, store in refrigerator.
