CRISS-CROSS BAKED POTATOES 
For special diets - no fat, no sugar, no salt.

Potatoes
Aluminum foil
Chopped onions (or onion powder)
Garlic powder (optional - if desired)
Dill weed, minced
Paprika

Cut foil in pieces to wrap potatoes. Potatoes (peel - skins are harmful). Wash and cut in half lengthwise. Make diagonal cuts in potato. Sprinkle with onion powder, dill weed and paprika (lightly).

Place face down on foil - wrap and bake (cook quickly and look beautiful). Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
