MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 jar marshmallow cream

Cream sugar and butter; add 1 egg alternately with flour, salt and cocoa until all dry ingredients and eggs are mixed. Add vanilla and nuts.

Bake at 300°F. Put marshmallow cream on hot cake.
