ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
6 oz. macaroni, cooked (shells or elbow)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, cut in half
1 c. shredded or cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain well. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl, blend well. Add macaroni, tomatoes, pepperoni, onion, cheese, green pepper and celery; mix lightly. Place in lettuce lined bowl and garnish with ripe olive halves. Cover and chill. Serves 8.
