PORK & POTATO STACKS 
Pork sausage
Hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. lite sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Some chives

Make pork sausage into patties; fry. Meanwhile, place about 3 cups hash browns in a saucepan with cheese and sour cream, salt, pepper and chives.

Put patties on cookie sheet. Put a gob of potato mixture on each patty. Place under broiler for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
