CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix with pudding
14 oz. bag caramels
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Make cake according to directions. Bake 1/2 of cake in 13 x 9 inch pan for 10 minutes.

Melt caramels, butter and milk; stir constantly. Pour over cake. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips. Pour rest of cake batter over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Ice with Chocolate Icing.
