6 tbsp. shortening
1 egg yolk
3 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. hot water

Cream shortening and blend in the egg yolk. Sift sugar and cocoa together. Add with hot water; beat until smooth.
