1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. Ritz crackers (1 stack)
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. Nestle chocolate morsels
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 can condensed milk

Crush crackers. Place on bottom of pan. Pour melted butter over. Mix chocolate and butterscotch pieces. Pour over crumbs. Layer chopped nuts, then coconut. Pour milk over top. Bake until toasty brown at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
