LIME JELLO CAKE 
1 tall chilled can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. minus 2 tbsp. cold water
3 c. Oreo cookie crumbs

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water. Then add lime and lemon juices to hot Jello water and chill until Jello starts to set. Whip chilled milk. After whipped, add the chilled Jello mixture and whip until milk and Jello mixture are mixed well. Spread half of cookie crumbs on the bottom of a 9x11x2 inch cake pan.

Pour milk and Jello mixture over crumbs, then spread rest of crumbs on top of mixture and chill for about 4 to 5 hours or until Jello has set.
