MARIANNE'S PEACHES AND CREAM
CHEESECAKE
 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding (reg.)
3 tbsp. butter (softened)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. reserved peach juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Drain fruit and place over batter.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved juice. Beat 2 minutes. Spread over peaches to 1 inch of batter edge.

Combine 1 tablespoon sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is brown. Store in refrigerator.
