MARINATED VEGETABLES 
4 c. assorted fresh veggies
1/4 c. Realemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
Suggested veggies: cauliflowerettes, carrots, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, brussel sprouts, broccoli, zucchini, onion or cucumber

Place veggies in 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. In small bowl or jar, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over veggies. Cover, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Serve as appetizer or on lettuce leaves as salad.
