MAPLE PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. real maple syrup 1/4 c. water Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Place chops in flat baking dish. Combine other ingredients over low heat and pour over chops and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees, basting occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Place chops on warm plate. Sauce can be thickened slightly with flour and poured over chops. |
