1/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. hot sauce (optional)
Flour
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. black pepper
Salt

Melt Crisco, butter, and hot sauce on a cookie sheet. Skin chicken. Dredge in melted oil. Shake in flour mixture. When all pieces of chicken are coated, place them meat side up on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Turn over and bake another 10-15 minutes.
