BANANA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream, cultured
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well in order given. Bake 15-20 minutes. Put in a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet, greased.

FROSTING:

2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter
1 3/4-2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Cream well. Put on cooled bars.
