2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, if you like
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
2 - 3 bananas, mashed
2/3 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix. Bake 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes on greased cookie sheets. Frost when cool with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
