SHERYL'S BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 scant c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, salt and soda. Bake in greased jelly roll pan, 10"x15" at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting that follows when cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar (about 2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and walnuts. Mix well, spread onto cooled cake.
