NOODLE RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 sticks butter 8 oz. thin noodles 2 c. Minute rice 2 cans onion soup 2 cans chicken broth 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. water 1 can sliced water chestnuts In a large saucepan, brown noodles in butter. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place into 3 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (When rice is added it is uncooked.) Serves 12 to 15. This is a hit at picnics! |
