BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Dash pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. rice, quick cooking
Parmesan cheese

Saute broccoli, onion in butter for about 5 minutes. Stir gently. Add cream of chicken soup. Heat to boiling. Reduce to simmer, add milk, salt and pepper. Add rice and simmer until rice is cooked. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese over casserole. Brown 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
