BLACK-EYED PEAS WITH VEGETABLE 
2 c. cooked black-eyed peas
1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. cooked whole corn
1/2 c. sliced okra
1/2 c. lg. onion, chopped

Before peas are done, add the 4 vegetables and cook until done. You may increase or decrease the amount. You may use fresh or dry peas.
