CHICK PEA VEGETABLE DISH 
1 can garbanzos (chick peas)
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of garlic

Fry onions and green pepper about 5 minutes. Add seasoning and garlic. Stir well and add can of garbanzos with the water from can. Cook until water is about gone. Healthy!
