PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. chuck steak, cut in strips
2 green peppers
1 lg. onion

Season meat strips with seasoned salt and meat tenderizer. Brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons oil. Cut pepper in strips and dice onion coarsely. Saute until vegetables are partially tender. Add some soy sauce to taste and cook slowly. Add pepper and salt to taste.
