BING BARS 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
33 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
Dash salt

Mix and cook over low heat until it comes to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove and add 9 ounce package cherry chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Chill.

CHOCOLATE LAYER: Melt 12 ounce package chocolate chips and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Add 1 package (2 cups) chopped salted peanuts. Put over first layer and chill. Cut into squares.
