CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE 
1 1/2 c. rice (not instant)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans water
1 chicken, sectioned
2 tbsp. oil
Flour, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper

Wash rice and drain. Grease cake pan. In large bowl, stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water. On bottom cake pan spread rice, the pour soup mixture on top. Set aside. Roll chicken parts in flour and sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Brown in fry pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Place chicken on top of rice mixture in cake pan. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil from pan for last 15 minutes to brown chicken.
