CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams plus liquid
40 Ritz crackers, rolled coarsely
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all and put in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
