GARDEN ROW SALAD 
3 med. carrots, cut up
1 lg. cucumber, halved, seeded & cut up
4 stalks celery, cut up
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 slice bread, torn
1 1/2 c. garlic croutons
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained & crumbled
Russian dressing

Put carrots in blender container, cover with cold water. Cover with lid and blend until coarsely chopped. Drain and set aside. Repeat process with cucumber, then celery.

In salad bowl layer chopped carrots, cucumber, cherry, tomato halves and celery. Cover and chill. Wipe blender container dry.

Combine cheese and bread in blender container; cover and blend until coarsely chopped. Just before serving, arrange cheese mixture, garlic croutons, egg slices and bacon atop salad. To serve, toss with Russian dressing. Makes 10-12 servings.
