CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. cream cheese
6 eggs, beat one at a time
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon

Cream together in a separate bowl, Ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar. In another bowl, put in eggs, one at a time, flour, sour cream, vanilla and lemon and mix well. Fold the Ricotta, cream cheese an sugar into the bowl with the eggs, etc. and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured Springform pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. After 1 hour, turn oven off and let cake stay in oven for 2 to 3 hours. You can bake this cake at night and let it stay in oven overnight. Make sure oven is off.
