LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN 
2 lbs. split fryer breasts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. melted butter, optional
Dash paprika and pepper

Pull skin from chicken and place in microwave safe 8x8 dish. Combine lemon juice, garlic salt and butter. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Cover lightly with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 7 to 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
