PEANUT BUTTER SKILLET FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric fry pan 280 degrees. Bring mixture to boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off fry pan - add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Mixture doesn't have to be stirred until cool, only until well blended. |
