CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 lg. chicken, cut up or 4 breasts or 6 legs, thighs
4 to 5 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly flour and brown in small amount of oil. Drain on paper towel. Place chicken pieces in 2 quart casserole. Add 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and oregano. Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Cover and bake 1 hour.
