WINE SAUCE FOR ROAST BEEF 
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Heat and serve with beef. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
