JALAPENO JELLY 
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/4 c. chopped jalapenos
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. mild fresh green chili pepper
1 bottle pectin
Green food coloring

Cook first 5 ingredients for 10 minutes. Add 1 bottle of pectin and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 8 drops green food coloring. Pour into sterilized jars, seal and place in water bath for 5 minutes.
