JALAPENO JELLY 
3 jalapeno peppers
4 bell peppers
1 c. white vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin (or equal Sure-Jell) (liquid preferred)

Grind the peppers real fine in blender and keep all juice. Slowly boil all ingredients (except pectin) for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add pectin. Return to heat and boil hard for 1 minute. Pour into jars and seal.

NOTE: Exceptionally good when used as a flavoring for black-eyed peas or beans.
