JALAPENO JELLY 
2 cans (8 oz.) jalapeno (hot) peppers
3/4 c. & 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
Sure-Jel
Green food coloring

Remove seeds and stems of peppers and put peppers in blender until they are mostly liquid pulp. Pour peppers, vinegar and sugar in large pot. Bring to a boil. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool 60 seconds. Add Sure-Jel and food coloring. Stir. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Turn upside down for 10 seconds. Cool.
