ANTIPASTO SALAD 
3 c. cauliflower
3 c. broccoli
1 c. ripe olives
1 c. onion (red ones are pretty)
1 1/2 c. farmer cheese, cubed
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. pepperoni (sm. slices)

Combine all in a large bowl with 1/2 (16 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing. I have also used Presto Italian Dressing.
