OVEN FRIED FISH 
2 egg whites

Bread Crumbs:

1 loaf French bread (without egg yolks)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Vegex
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Bread Crumbs: Crumble French bread in food processor. Lay crumbs on baking tray covered with foil; bake until crisp, about 30 minutes, at 325°F. Process crumbs until consistency of dry bread crumbs. Add remaining ingredients.

Makes about 1 cup.

Beat egg whites slightly; dip fish in egg whites, then in bread crumbs.

Bake in 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Note: Alternate by using 3 1/2 ounces skinned, boneless chicken breast.

Per Serving (3 1/2 Ounce): 130 Calories.
