SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
4 hard boiled eggs
1 can asparagus
1 c. milk (1/2 cream & 1/2 asparagus juice)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt to taste

In greased casserole layer boiled eggs and asparagus. Make cream sauce from other ingredients. Pour over vegetables and eggs. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
