TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. box Tapioca, not instant
1 sm. box vanilla pudding, not instant
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. pecans
3 sliced bananas
1 c. coconut

Drain juice from pineapple and oranges and add enough water to juices to make 2 cups. Mix puddings and juice in a microsafe bowl. Micro on high powder 6 minutes total, stirring after 3 minutes and then every 30 seconds until time is up. Add fruit and nuts immediately and serve warm or cold.
