ICE CREAM PIE 
68 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk

TOPPING:

Cool Whip
Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix together for crust and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate. Mix filling together. Pour over crust. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Makes 12 servings.
