BUTTER CAKE FROM SWEDEN 
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. Nestles Quick Chocolate

Beat egg and sugar at medium speed. Pour in butter and milk. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Add flour and baking powder. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.

Mix Nestle Quick Chocolate with remaining batter. Pour on top of batter in pan. Whirl gently with knife for a marble effect. Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve unfrosted. (12 servings)
