MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can chili beans or red beans
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cans enchilada sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
1 lg. pkg. Dorito chips (2 c. crushed)

Brown hamburger and onion. Add the rest of ingredients, saving 2/3 cups each of cheese and chips. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce that is shredded, chopped tomatoes and more cheese and chips.
