BROILED TOMATOES 
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tsp. olive oil

Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise. Place on broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt. Sprinkle with cheese. Coat with bread crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Broil until hot and lightly brown, about 3-5 minutes. Serves 4.
