CHICKEN BAKE 
2 c. cold chicken already cooked
2 c. celery
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. toasted almond slivers
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/4 c. mozzarella or Swiss cheese

Combine chicken, celery, lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper, soup, red pepper, mayonnaise, almonds and eggs. Place in a baking dish. Crumble cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
